Recently I did this Classic Indian Smokey Eyes Makeup Tutorial for Raksha Bandhan on my Youtube Channel. This look was in my mind since ‘Piku’ days when Deepika Padukone’s -simple & elegant smoked kohl eye makeup with neutral lips left me awestruck  . For my regular ethnic outfits as well as office wear , I love to wear subtle smokey eyes with neutral lips. For simplest version of this look, I just smudge kohl on my upper lid and wear my neutral matte lipstick on lips as well as blush on my cheeks.

Classic Indian Smokey Eyes | Indian Festive Makeup Tutorial ( Video)

In this video, I have created subtle smokey eyes makeup look that is perfect for day wear as well as for semi festive Indian gatherings also. I stylized with pair of tribal earrings and black bindi but you can opt to wear gold jewellery and jeweled bindi as per your cultural tradition. I love to wear this classic Indian makeup for pooja ceremonies and temple visits also.

Personally I love wearing this kind of semi festive , subtle smokey eye makeup with neutral lips .But you can safely pair these smokey eyes with medium browns,warm pinks and and warm peach lipsticks also.Here is the complete list of the products used in the video
